Reaching Outdoors Big 5 Giveaway

Help support Reaching Outdoors, a ministry dedicated to disconnecting kids from technology and immersing them in God's creation, and get a chance to win a great prize. By participating in this raffle, you're helping kids experience outdoor education and Christian mentorship while creating memories and building friendships. Reaching Outdoors of Texas is a 501c3 Nonprofit Publich Charity.


Tickets are $50 each and you need not be present to win. Drawing takes place March 29, 2025 at the Reaching Outdoors Annual Youth Benefit at the Cana Ballroom in Boerne, Texas. On the day of the drawing, ALL sold ticket stubs will be put into a raffle tumbler and then drawn out, beginning with the first drawn to win the No 1 Prize the UTV, followed by the second ticket drawn for prize 2, and so on. UTV winner is responsible for Tax, Title and Registration with the UTV to be picked up at Wood Cycle Country in New Braunfels, TX. See complete rules below.

Prize #1

2024 Kawasaki Mule - Pro-FXT

Winner is responsible for Sales fee Tax, Title, and Registration. The roof is the only accessory included. $19,000 retail value.

Prize #2

Trophy Whitetail Deer Hunt at the Almosta Nexta Ranch in Mountain Home, Texas.

This is a 3 day, 2 night hunt which will include lodging and meals, for 1 hunter and 1 guest. The hunt must take place during the 2025 deer season and is non-transferable. This is a private ranch that is not commercially hunted. $4,000 value.

Weatherby Mark V - Backcountry Guide Rifle

Winner may choose their preferred caliber (If rifle caliber is not in stock it may take 4 to 6 months to build)

Prize will include 2 boxes of ammo from Weatherby Inc. Rifle must be transferred directly to the Winner named on the winning ticket stub through a chosen FFL Dealer, and must pass 4473 applicant background check. $3,300 retail value.

Vortex Viper HD - 3-15x44 & Diligent Defense Suppressor

Vortex Viper HD scope is a $1,050 retail value. Diligent Defense suppressor has a $800 to $900 retail value. Winner may choose their caliber of suppressor from Diligent Defense Co. Suppressor must be transferred directly to the Winner named on the winning ticket stub through a chosen FFL Dealer, and must pass 4473 applicant background check and all suppressor laws mandated by the FFL. Winner is responsible for, and must purchase their own tax-stamp.

Reaching Outdoors Big 5 Raffle Rules

  1. Limit of 2,000 to be sold.
  2. One ticket for a $50 donation.
  3. Drawing will take place on March 29, 2025 at the Reaching Outdoors - Youth Benefit Dinner in Boerne, TX
  4. The first ticket drawn is the winner of the UTV. Second ticket drawn is prize #2 and so on.
  5. Kawasaki UTV - Winner is responsible for Tax, Title and Registration
  6. Winners of all other prizes will be responsible for any applicable Federal, State and local taxes
  7. All firearm or suppressor prizes are new, factory made.
  8. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm(s) won, have the intention of using the firearm(s) only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm(s) won.
  9. All firearms won are subject to availability, and Reaching Outdoors reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
  10. Winner does not need to be present to win.
  11. Winners will be notified, using the name, email and phone number, that the purchaser has written or requested to be on ticket stub. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED DATE THE TICKET IS DRAWN
  12. Winner’s name and item won will be posted on the Reaching Outdoors website: www.reachingoutdoors.org
  13. You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket.
  14. Winners must be at least 18 years old to take possession of a rifle or shotgun, and at least 21 years old to take possession of a suppressor.
  15. Prizes are not transferable. The person designated on the ticket MUST claim the prize. 
  16. Raffle is void where prohibited.
  17. All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms rules apply.
  18. All firearm/suppressor transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws for the legal residence of winning ticket holder. If winner is denied access to the firearm/suppressor through the FFL, the Firearm or suppressor reverts back to Reaching Outdoors of Texas.
  19. In the event winners need or wish to have the firearm(s) won transferred to their local FFL dealer closer to their residence, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of winner.
  20. Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm(s) won is legal in their state, city or town, prior to taking possession of won prize(s).
  21. Winners will receive firearms directly from a FFL dealer only, all applicable laws will apply.
  22. Reaching Outdoors of Texas limits any and all liability to the purchase price of ticket purchased.
  23. Trophy Deer Hunt at Almosta Nexta Ranch must be taken during 2025 Texas Deer Season and is nontransferable.
