Friday Ranch Artifact Dig and Varmint Trapping

About this event

This Adventure Weekend Artifact Dig and Varmint Trapping campout will provide a unique opportunity for boys to search for Native American artifacts during a dig with expert digger Hugh Fadal. In addition, boys will learn trapping skills from expert trapper Greg Novak, who will demonstrate setting traps for varmints.

This event is for boys and fathers can join as well. Along with Reaching Outdoors members, two Trail Life Troops from San Antonio and Uvalde will also be participating. 

The cost is $20 per person for those tent camping (All Trail Life participants will be camping in tents with their troops).

We will have limited space in the bunkhouse for 4 father/son pairs with a cost of $40 per person. 

All meals will be provided. A more detailed packing list will be sent out by email prior to the event. 

Registrations opens at 7 am on Friday Feb 21. If registering as a father son pair, choose 2 participants, put your information in first then your son's name in the guest question.
