  Saturday, August 9th, we are having a Range Safety Officer certified training at the Friday Ranch north of Uvalde from 8 am to 6 pm. This training if for volunteers and apprentice guides who have committed to guiding kids in the field on our fall adventure weekends and adventure camps .If you are interested in becoming a volunteer guide and have not started the process, begin by completing the online volunteer guide application.   Our Volunteer Appreciation Dinner will be held at Immersion Outfitters located at 9599 Braun Rd on the Northwest side of San Antonio on Sunday August 17th from 6 to 8 pm. This event is open to the entire family.

  We will have some outdoor activities to participate in and will be giving away guns and gear to our top youth contestants who participated in our UTV raffle sales contest earlier this year.

  Come hungry, as we celebrate what God is doing in our ministry! Even if you are new to the ministry, please join us to see how you can get plugged in.

• 2025 Dove Hunt & Sporting Clay Benefit

  Join Reaching Outdoors for the 2025 Dove Hunt & Clay Shoot Benefit on Sunday, September 14! Enjoy world class dove hunting in Pearsall, TX. 

  Along with the dove hunt, we will have a fun sporting clay competition for sponsors, then end the day with a great dinner, raffle games, and a live auction!  Details on start times and mandatory safety orientation will be sent out to registrants as we get closer to the event.

• Youth & Father/Son Dove Hunt

  Kick off hunting season at our youth dove hunt at the Friday Ranch. This event registration is open to individual youth and father/son pairs. Registration will open 2 weeks prior to the event.
